I'm Sharon Connolly. I live in Sydney, where I work as a Change Manager in Financial Services.
I started my career as an IT trainer, mainly teaching Microsoft Office. My work has taken me worldwide, delivering training and keynote speeches to audiences in 12 countries.
No matter where I'm working or what I'm doing, I'm passionate about using technology to make things simpler, faster and more attractive.
Very few of us take the time to properly learn the tools we need to use every day in our jobs, but it can make such a difference.
I started Change Superhero 'by accident' in 2019 when I began sharing resources on LinkedIn to help Change Managers steer their teams through the early days of COVID.
Who knew? Three years later, I'm one of Australia's best-known Change Managers. I have 12 Change Superhero courses, and I've given away more than 500,000 templates to make Change Manager's lives easier worldwide.
I still work full-time as a Change Consultant and trainer.
